What you’ll get to do
- Support the Accounts Team in all facets of creative campaigns and individual client projects including: budgets, timelines, direction, deliverables, meetings, follow-ups and deadlines
- Effectively manage timely input of project direction and ensure completion of project work
- Coordinates development of project proposals/timelines, budgets, media plans and reports with oversight from Accounts Team
- Coordinates and executes internal and client meetings including: creative kickoffs, project touchbases, weekly client meetings and project debriefs
- Owns small projects and clients as assigned
- Facilitates administrative duties including: weekly project reports, team time reports and meeting follow-ups
- Support clients with metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives
- Develop and present innovative ideas internally and externally
What we need
- 1-3+ years agency or internal experience preferred
- Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and desire to push further
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
- Ability to comprehend and distill complex information/direction
- Desire for constant evolution of process and structure
- Basic understanding of advertising, digital, creative and media industry trends/developments
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on-site, remote and some travel
- Knowledge of marketing program development and implementation
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify and CSS
