You’re an excellent communicator and highly organized–energized by innovative advertising. You understand the importance of brand strategy and can work collaboratively with clients and Archetype team.

What you’ll get to do

  • Support the Accounts Team in all facets of creative campaigns and individual client projects including: budgets, timelines, direction, deliverables, meetings, follow-ups and deadlines
  • Effectively manage timely input of project direction and ensure completion of project work
  • Coordinates development of project proposals/timelines, budgets, media plans and reports with oversight from Accounts Team
  • Coordinates and executes internal and client meetings including: creative kickoffs, project touchbases, weekly client meetings and project debriefs 
  • Owns small projects and clients as assigned
  • Facilitates administrative duties including: weekly project reports, team time reports and meeting follow-ups
  • Support clients with metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives
  • Develop and present innovative ideas internally and externally 

What we need

  • 1-3+ years agency or internal experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and desire to push further
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to comprehend and distill complex information/direction
  • Desire for constant evolution of process and structure
  • Basic understanding of advertising, digital, creative and media industry trends/developments 
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work on-site, remote and some travel
  • Knowledge of marketing program development and implementation
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify and CSS
